Our experience with LRA far exceeded our expectations. Rebuilding a house for the first time is daunting, however the project took a new and unexpected route once we engaged with LRA. At LRA’s core is beautiful designs and pushing the boundaries of creativity, but they are so much than that: Respect for their clients, their needs and budget, support throughout the build phase to make sure the project delivers and a real sense of being vested in us (as their client) and the vision we had. A special mention to Ajay who was outstanding. We would highly recommend LRA.

Just got planning permission approved on our second project with LRA. It was a highly unusual project with approval in no way guaranteed. Whilst being hugely creative and ambitious I felt the team were really mindful of our budget, working with the right consultants to maximum effect. In addition they are very happy to talk through the details, so I always feel completely across what is a complicated process. Our build was passed as it is deemed ‘exceptional’ in design and sustainability – and I would say the experience of working with Liam and team has indeed also been exceptional. I would highly recommend LRA.
