He is motivated to develop highly crafted and contextualised architectural responses in historic and modern settings that incorporate responsible and sustainable solutions, and which deliver positive impacts on people and places.
Excited by thoughtful details, a “less is more” approach and a love of good-looking things he is keen to hone his craft as a designer and develop his skills in retrofit and low carbon new build projects that seek to bring people closer to nature, celebrate natural materials and the exposed workings of the building fabric all while working to achieve his future goal of qualifying as a charted architect.
