Planning permission obtained and project work included demolition of the existing property and erection of an energy-efficient timber frame home with solar panels.
With stunning details of white brick and black zinc finishes and a cantilevered overhang to the second floor, clad in western red cedar. The atrium is framed with a helical staircase, providing a light-filled entrance with a circular roof light and double height glazing. Solar shading is provided via vertical fins to the front elevation.
