CECIL NORRIS HOUSE
RAVENS ROAD, SHOREHAM-BY-SEA
The site of the original 1972 Cecil Norris House was part of Adur Council’s drive to increase its affordable housing across the District. The practice was asked to design a building that re-started this programme with a landmark, sustainable proposal – indistinguishable from a developer-led scheme. The new building is three-storeys and contains 15 residential units utilising contrasting and inspiring façade elements.
2022 LARGE SCALE RESIDENTIAL AWARD: sponsored by Covers Timber & Builders Merchants
